Manjaku Online Ordering
Step 1: Search your item (s)

You can find the product by:

  • Searching brand name or
  • Searching item keyword
  • Search by navigating category of product.

If you're not sure which products suits you best, check out promotion page for more.

Step 2: Product Details Page

You may find product attributes, descriptions and product images in this page. Once you are interested to the product, click add to basket button to add to your shopping cart.

Step 3: Order Summary Review

When you are done shopping, go to your Shopping Bag on the top right side of the page to review your order. Please confirm your order and proceed to checkout.

Step 4: Select Delivery Method

You may select your delivery options here:

  • Home delivery via Manjaku appointed logistic partner
  • Click and collect in selected stores (coming soon)

Step 5: Rewards Redemption

You may apply your promotional e-Coupon / e-Voucher code at the “Secure Checkout” page. You may choose to pay your transactions with your Manjaku Points too.

Step 6: Secure Checkout

All prices shown on the site are final. The total cost of the order shown at the checkout page is the price of the products ordered including GST, and delivery fees (if any). During checkout, you can review and change your order details on the Order Summary page.

When you’re ready to complete your order, click on the “Place Order Now” button and we will process your order immediately. Make sure you review this page carefully, as you won’t be able to make changes to your order once payment has been processed. You’ll also be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Step 7: Order Successful

Your order is now completed. A thank you note with order ID will be provided to you.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, no. We start to process your order as soon as we receive it, therefore you will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order. However, if you would like to change the product variation, feel free to contact us or email to our Care Team at care@manjaku.com.my 

What happens if an item in my order is not available?

If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable or out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone call from our Manjaku Care Team. Your order would be canceled and refund by e-Voucher / shopping credits in the platform.

How do I know if my order was received?

After you place an order, you will receive an email from us with your order number and order details. This Order Confirmation email will contain the order number and order details. Once your order has been fullfilled, packed and delivered out by our warehouse, you will then receive an Order Shipped email which contains the delivery details and tracking information.

Alternatively, you can log in to your Manjaku Online account and check your Order History in the My Account section.

Are the same products offered online available in stores?

We are unable to guarantee that the same products will be available both online and in stores. The online store might carry certain range of exclusive products that physical stores may not carry.

Do you have the same price online and in stores?

We are unable to guarantee that the same prices will be available both online and in stores. The online prices of our products are only valid for online purchase in Malaysia.

 

Shipping & Delivery

What will be the shipping method in Manjaku?

Shopping in Manjaku is easy and convenience as we are providing shipping to both West & East Malaysia. There are two (2) types of delivery mode for you to select from:

  • Home Delivery
  • Click & Collect at selected stores (coming soon)

What will be the shipping rate?

Courier service is handled by our appointed logistic partner, GDEX. This service will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will take about 2 to 3 working days to Klang Valley area, 3 to 5 working days to Peninsular Malaysia, and 5 to 7 working days to Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery charges are RM20 flat rate for orders below RM150 and free of charge for orders above RM150.

What happen if my order out of stocks?

  • If the free gift is out of stock, we will ship as partial without free gift.
  • For order that are out of stock: We’ve done our best but still fail to deliver to you over 7 days. Your order would be canceled and refund by e-Voucher / shopping credits in the platform.

Payment Method

How can I make payment in Manjaku Online store?

There are a few payment methods available for you to shop Online with Manjaku.

1. VISA & MasterCard Debit / Credit Card, FPX and Online Banking

Online Banking via FPX, Credit Card & Debit Card payment is available for all Shoppers. We accept all VISA and Mastercard, both Credit and Debit with 3D secure (Verified by VISA and Mastercard secure). All your credit cards information is protected with encryption standard. All the payment transaction is supported by iPay88, the leading and award-winning regional Payment Gateway Provider in South East Asia.

2. Manjaku Points (coming soon)

Manjaku Member can collect Manjaku Points when purchase and redeem it at check-out.

With every purchase,

  • RM1 = 1MP (All categories except Milk Powder & Diapers)
  • RM10 = 1MP (Milk Powder & Diapers category ONLY)

For points redemption,
Every 200 MANJAKU Points is equivalent to RM1 redemption. MANJAKU Points must be redeemed in minimum blocks of 2000 MANJAKU Points = RM10.00 with no maximum limit.

All you have to do is key-in your rewards point amount at “Pay with Reward Points”. Your reward points will be shown under “Input Amount” tab > “Reward Points collected”

3. e-Coupon & e-Voucher

When you place an order, you will see a box on the “Secure Checkout” page where you can enter your coupon code. After you click "Apply Coupon", the coupon code will be applied and the discount will appear immediately along with your order total. The coupon code must be redeemed at the point of the ordering process; coupon codes may not be applied after the order has been placed. Only one coupon code can be used per purchase. Please note that you will not be able to use a coupon code as the only mode of payment for your order. The cost of the order must exceed the cost of the coupon code and a payment option must be provided.

What Information Do You Require for Credit / Debit Card?

You will be asked for your credit card number, the expiry date, and the CVV number when you place an order. A CVV number "Card Verification Value" is 3 digit number found on the signature strip on the back of Visa and MasterCard branded credit cards. Manjaku will not hold any of the credit card details as the information will be encrypted and processed by iPay88.

What security checks are in place to make sure my purchase is valid?

All credit cardholders are subject to authorisation by the credit card company. If the company refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment then we will not be able to accept your order.

What can I do if I have forgot to add in coupon code before placing order? Can I do it afterwards?

Unfortunately, coupon codes may not be applied after your order has been placed.

What can I do if my coupon codes did not work?

Our system will always recognize valid coupon codes. If the discount has not been reflected in your order total, it is likely that the code is invalid or incorrectly entered. Coupon codes can only be redeemed during the placement of orders; you will not be able to apply or amend your order once it has been placed.

Can I pay for my order with multiple cards?

Currently no at this moment.

Can I request tax invoice for company claimable usage?

No Tax Invoice in provided in compliance with the new ruling for SST implementation. However, you may request for an Official Invoice for claims usage.

 

System Settings & Security

What should I do when I forgotten my login credentials or password?

Go to the LOGIN page and click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link. Enter the email address associated with your account, then click "CONTINUE". An email with a link where you can create your new password will be sent to you. Please ensure your email address is entered exactly as when you first registered it (as our system is very case sensitive). For your protection, the link expires three hours after the email is sent.

How do I change my password?

Log on to your Manjaku Member account via Manjaku.com, and click on ‘Change Password’ from the left side menu bar. The system will prompt you to enter your old password as well as new one. A confirmation will be given if your new password is changed successfully.

How do I update my profile details?

Log on to your Manjaku Member account via manjaku.com, and click on ‘Account Information’ from the left side menu bar. If you encounter problems changing your data, please email us at care@manjaku.com.my

Will my emails or enquiries always be answered?

We will try our best to respond to your enquiries on the day that we receive them within 2 days. However, responses may be delayed on Friday afternoons, Mondays, or when we receive a lot of inquiries.

Why I cannot access the website? It shows due to a temporary error that appears on the screen.

Try to place your order again – sometimes when the site is experiencing high traffic, orders do not get placed. If it still does not work, please make a note of what happens and what messages the site gives you.

At times, it may be a credit card or compatibility issue. Please try a different browser and/or credit card to ensure it is not a compatibility problem. If you are still facing problems, try deleting the cookies / caches on your computer and then log back into your account. To do this you will need to go to the “Tools” tab in your Internet browser, select “Internet Options”, then choose “Delete Cookies” and hit "OK".

Declaration

  • YOU confirm that YOU have full knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT upon registration. YOUR successful registration for and use of the SERVICE constitutes YOUR consent to be bound by this AGREEMENT.
  • YOU agree that the COMPANY reserves the right to amend this AGREEMENT at any time, in the COMPANY’s sole discretion, by posting any such amendment(s) to the COMPANY's website without prior and separate notice. YOUR continued use of the SERVICE after amendment to the AGREEMENT is posted will be deemed as full knowledge and acceptance of the revised AGREEMENT. If YOU do not agree to any such amendment(s), YOUR sole recourse shall be to cease using the SERVICE.

How can I become a Manjaku member?

  • Join e-Member via our website or Mobile App
  • Visit the nearest Manjaku branch and fill in the form to register as Manjaku member at the cashier counter.
  • Individuals aged 18 years and above , citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia are eligible to apply for membership to the Member Programme.
  • By successfully signing up as a member to the Member Programme through the Mobile App ("Member”) and using the Mobile App, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agree to be bound by each term and condition as contained in these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions stated herein constitute a legal agreement between you and Manjaku.

Is there a membership fee?

  • Yes, a RM10 membership fee is mandatory for new sign-ups. The membership is perpetual, and no renewal fee is required.
  • The Membership application must be accompanied by the completion of details marked as mandatory fields on the Mobile App's sign-up page.

What benefit will I get to become a MANJAKU member?

  • Welcome Voucher/Goodies - Upon registration, you will receive a set of welcome e-vouchers worth RM50 and above for free*.
  • MANJAKU Member Points (MP) - Present your valid MANJAKU Member Apps upon payment.

How do I earn MANJAKU Member Points (MP)?

For every Ringgit spent you will be entitled for one (1) MANJAKU Point in all categories except Milk Powder & Diapers. For Milk Powder & Diapers category, you will get 1 MANJAKU Point for every RM10 spent.

RM1 = 1MP (All categories except Milk Powder & Diapers)

RM10 = 1MP (Milk Powder & Diapers category ONLY)

Without prejudice to our other rights, we shall be entitled to deduct Points from the Points balance in a Member’s Account without notice in any of the following events:

  • any Points suspected to be fraudulently earned or recorded;
  • any Points recorded in error; or
  • any Points relating to a transaction which is cancelled or reversed
  • There shall be no accumulation of Points for backdated receipts, unless otherwise stated.

What can I do with the MANJAKU Member points earned?

  • Every 200 MANJAKU Points is equivalent to RM1 redemption.
  • Points may be utilized by Members to redeem gifts or redeemed for use in purchases through any of Manjaku stores. The conversion rate is: 200 points – RM1. Minimum redemption is a block of 200 points which is equal to RM1 and members can only convert the points manually at any stores.
  • Points, and any rights they confer, cannot be sold, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Once the redemption of point has been processed, it cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned , exchanged, or reinstated. We reserve the right to adjust the Points required for redemption of purchases and rewards program published on the Platform from time to time at our discretion.

Will I be able to enjoy all MANJAKU member benefits instantly upon sign-up?

Points accumulation and member benefit will commence only after the successful and complete Membership application.

Will the MANJAKU Member Points be Forfeited after expire?

Points collected shall be on a cumulative basis subject always to any points collected from a Transaction must be redeemed within two (2) years from the end of the month in which the points were earned ("Expiration Date").

  • For example, points collected on 10th November 2020 if not redeemed before 30th November 2022 will expire on 30th November 2022.
  • Points not redeemed before the expiration date shall be forfeited without prior notification, and they are not eligible for reinstatement or refund.

All Manjaku Point are non-transferable and non-assignable to any third party.

May I share my MANJAKU Member Apps ID & Password with others for member benefits?

We do not encourage sharing of your MANJAKU Member Apps ID & Password to prevent cases of misappropriation of use.

System Halt or Failure

Manjaku Retail Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any loss or damage in the event of system halt, unavailability or non-performance of the Mobile App as a result of the following:

  • Mobile App system is down for maintenance.
  • Mobile App fails due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including typhoon, earthquake, tsunami, flooding, electrical power failure, war, acts of terrorism and any other force majeure events; and
  • Mobile App is interrupted or delayed for reasons such as hacker attacks, technical adjustment or system breakdown on the part of upgrade, technical difficulties, etc to the Mobile App.

Manjaku Retail Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate the Mobile App at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, applicable laws and regulations and shall not be liable for any loss or damage.

Privacy Policy

We at Manjaku value and understand the importance of your privacy. By signing up for the Membership, you hereby giving your consent to the collection, usage and processing of your personal information as described in our privacy policy at www.manjaku.com.my ("Privacy Policy").

Limitation of Liabilities

Manjaku Retail Sdn Bhd reserves the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion from time to time without prior notification, amend, modify, update, change and / or terminate the Member Programme and / or all or any portion of the Terms and Conditions ("Amendments”, and "Amended” shall be construed accordingly); and any Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the same on the Manjaku website at manjaku.com.my ("Website”) and / or the Mobile App. Each Amended version of the Terms and Conditions shall apply and supersede all previous versions including the hardcopy version (if any). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material in any medium containing information on the Member Programme, these Terms and Conditions (as Amended) shall prevail.
